How to care for your jewellery

Here are some steps that you can take to care for your jewellery correctly:
- Keep your jewellery away from water by removing it before showering or swimming.
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to extreme heat, bright sunlight and areas of humidity.
- Remove your jewellery before engaging in exercise to keep it away from sweat.
- Make your jewellery the last thing you put on in the morning (even after your perfume), and the first thing you take off at night.
- Clean your jewellery using a cleaning solution and method that’s safe for the metal and gemstones in your piece. You may also want to wipe your jewellery with a soft jewellery/anti-tarnish cloth.
- Store your jewellery pieces securely in the pouch or box provided, and keep them separate to prevent scratching.
It is your responsibility to take care of your jewellery following the advice above. Thus jewellery that has tarnished is non-returnable. Likewise, earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
